Evolution Volleyball Club is excited to announce the 2023 Juniors Outdoor Season!  Top coaches agree that sand volleyball is one of the best training methods known for improving your indoor performance – and it’s healthy and fun too!  This season, Evolution Volleyball Club will consist of comprehensive programs for both beginning and experienced sand players and provide a great opportunity for junior girls and boys to continue to develop their indoor skills in an outdoor environment.  This program is designed for athletes between the ages of 12-18 that are looking to develop sand techniques, become a “complete” player, where all the skills of passing, setting, hitting and digging are used in every play.  The confidence that comes from playing doubles and being involved in every play can produce tremendous benefits in ball control and mental toughness skills that every coach looks for in any athlete.  The physical conditioning and quick muscle development from playing on sand translates into quicker movements and higher vertical jumps when the sand volleyball players return to indoor court.
