Players will be divided by skill and trained accordingly by level. Training with a small group at their same level will help facilitate faster growth in the sport. For internal scrimmages, teams will be formed with balanced skill level. However, for external scrimmages, teams will be formed by highest skill level. The first 45 minutes to an hour of each session will be skills training and drills. The last 30-45 minutes will be scrimmages to apply what the players learned. Full matches will be held throughout the season. We will compete against various middle school teams in the region, both private and public.
